Combat Rules
combatRules in javascript combat results table in javascript
During the combat phase, the player selects enemy units for an attack. The total attack combat strength is compared against the total defending unit's combat strength. This comparison can be difference between the two, where the defending strength is subtracted from the attacking strength. Or, the comparison can be the ratio, where the attacking strength is divided by the defending strength. The Terrain Effects on Combat (TEC) is checked to see if the combat differential or combat ratio is adjusted. Then a Combat Results Table (CRT)is used to determine the combat resolution using a die.
